Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹1000. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional ₹100. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at the cart and checkout pages before you place your order.
  • Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We ship across all locations within India.
  • International: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping costs for your country at checkout page.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Deliveries:
    • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days.
  • International Deliveries: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: RoyalNReesh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at royalnreesh@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
